Liability for contents
Based on Article 7(1) TMG (German Telemedia Act), we as service providers are responsible for our own contents on our website under general law. However, in accordance with Articles 8 to 10 TMG, we as service providers are not required to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to search for circumstances indicating illegal activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general laws remain unaffected by this. However, liability in this respect is only possible from the time of knowledge of a concrete violation of the law. As soon as we become aware of such infringements we will remove such contents immediately.
Liability for links
Our site contains links to external, third-party websites on whose contents we have no influence. We can therefore not assume any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator is always responsible for the contents of the linked websites. The linked websites were checked for possible violations of the law at the time of the creation of the link. Illegal contents were not recognizable when the link was created.
Permanent monitoring of the content of the linked pages is infeasible without concrete evidence of violation of the law. As soon as we become aware of any infringement we will remove such links immediately.
Privacy notice
Our internet platform is designed in such a way that it can be used anonymously. We do not collect personal details such as name, address or email address unless you provide this information voluntarily. We will not disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent.
For the purpose of data protection, our server temporarily saves certain information that may allow identification (e.g. IP address, date, time and name of the requested file) when you visit our website. This does not result in a personalized analysis of the data with the exception of evaluations of data in anonymous format for statistical purposes.
When ordering information materials you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address and billing information. This enables us to process your order. These data will be stored temporarily for the purpose of processing the inquiry. We will not use these data in other contexts or pass them on to third parties without your consent.
In placing an order with us, you agree to the processing of your personal data as stated above if this is required for the purpose of the contract. You may revoke your consent for future use of your data at any time in writing or via email.
