Overview tab in IMP

If the main tab IMP is active, the container numbers from the goods description are displayed on the Overview sub tab. 

One reference number is assigned per container line. This number always consists of the file number and the consecutive 3-digit line no., e.g. 001.

If you subsequently enter a container number in the goods description, the transfer to the main tab IMP takes place automatically.

The Overview tab contains different colums for the display of responses.
These either contain a date/time or a colored checkmark/cross:

Green checkmark

Yellow checkmark

Red cross

Positive feedback

No definite feedback, may contain a warning

Error or negative feedback


The colums are a grid area, i.e. they can be sorted and their width can be modified as necessary.

Select Save layout from the local menu.

Status messages in the overview

Field

Manifest match (status 900)

  • A gelber Status is displayed after sending the order to IMP.
  • A red status indicates that an error has been reported. e
  • A green status appears as soon as the match status arrives (terminal or carrier has reported the same container).

Release (status 950 and 951)

  • A green status indicates that the release is available (status 950).
  • Red indicates that the release is not available (status 951).

Stop

The color changes depending on the status:

  • Red status types are 921, 922, 931, 932, 936, 952
  • Green status types are 923, 933, 937, 938
