This section displays the legs located on the selected tour.
The interaction is similar to the interaction in the section Shipments/Legs.

Display of the section

The section Tour info/Shipments on tour looks as follows:

Most columns are self-explanatory, but there are specific contents which correspond to these of the Shipments/Legs section.

Multi selection is possible.
The shipment status is displayed.
Possibly existing dispo information can be viewed and the Shipment ID is displayed in a different format.

Below all legs located in the tour, there is a line which adds up all data from all legs.

These are currently the packaging lines, the weight, the volume, and the loading metre.

Context menu in the section Tour info/Shipments on tour

The fast view (or fast entry) of the order file for a leg opens via double click on a selected line.

If no order has been assigned to a leg, a mask for the assignment appears.

Edit order

With EDIT ORDER, you can open the assigned order in the normal order entry.

If no order has been assigned, a mask for the assignment opens.

Convert files

With ASSIGN FILE, you can open the mask for the assignment of the orders.

Multi selection is possible.

Remove leg from tour

With REMOVE LEG FROM TOUR, you can remove the leg assigned to the tour.

The leg is set to non-disposed in the Shipments/Legs section.

Allocate new partial leg

With ALLOCATE NEW PARTIAL LEG, you can duplicate the included legs.

This can e.g. be the case for an unsuccessful delivery.

A new leg can be created for the next delivery attempt.

The duplicated leg appears as non-disposed in the Shipments/Legs section.

Remove leg from shipment

With REMOVE LEG FROM SHIPMENT, you can remove an assigned order from the leg.

The Shipment ID is once again displayed in bold.

Mixed pick up and delivery tour

It is possible to create a mixed pickup and delivery tour.

→ For this, move pickup and delivery legs to a tour.

The order of the legs can be sorted using the arrows.

The weights of the individual shipments are displayed in black.

The current weight of the collective tour in order of the loading and unloading processes is displayed in blue.

Example:

Pickup – 5.000 kg.           Current weight 5.000 kg.
Pickup – 3.000 kg.           Current weight 8.000 kg.
Pickup – 1.000 kg.           Current weight 9.000 kg.
Delivery – 3.000 kg.         Current weight 6.000 kg.

Maximum payload limit

The maximum payload limits are visible in the Tours section. 

The total weight and volume of the tour are displayed in the Tour info/Shipments on tour section. 

If the current weight in the tour info section exceeds the payload weight from the tour section, a corresponding warning message appears.
