Statements, dunnings or open item lists can be printed and send directly by e-mail in the Open Items Module.

Select entry in the context menu

To do this, select all the items you require and use the local menu to select the desired action

  • Create statement
  • Create dunning or
  • Create open items list.

The window print preview opens.

Basic data entry



Here you can enter the appropriate settings for document creation.

To use text modules in the correct language, please set in the language field.

In the print preview, there is now the additional button E-Mail.
If you select this, an e-mail will be created in which the document is attached.

To use this function pls record the following basic data:

ADDRESSES → ADDRESSES → Address tab → EDI References sub tab 

To be able to use this new function, please enter the email address of the document recipient as reference together with the

  • qualifier of the desired document (OPMAH, OPLIS or OPKON).

ADMIN → FORMS

If a general pre-assignment of the e-mail subject for a particular form is requested, this can be entered in the forms in the field e-mail subject.

In addition, a standard message can be displayed in the e-mail body by a text preserve.
Please store the text module in the basic data Forms in Forms in ADMIN → field e-mail text module.

Serial print or serial email

This can also be used as serial printing or mailing for several customers at the same time.

If you select items for several document recipients in one step, one document is printed or an e-mail is generated for each document recipient.
