Labels can be printed in the F6 menu in the order.
 You can alternatively print the labels manually in the Airfreight menu in the order.

Label format in the order

The type of label that will be printed in the order can be pre-assigned in basic data AIR Parameter in AIRFREIGHT.

If you would like to create a different label for the current order, select the corresponding label on the AWB Control tab in AWB Main.

NOTE: Not all label types are available by default; they may require an individual solution/modification.

Standard labels are:

  • H&M Label : Print of a house label in the AWB and a master label in the MAWB.
  • Combined label: Print of MAWB and HAWB number in one lable.

Manually create a label

With this label print you can individually print labels separately from the label print within the file (F6 menu).

Print the labels with manual entry of the shipment data (AWB number, destination, quantity).

Open the Airfreight menu in the order → section Label.

Make a selection between the two label types

  • print label (H+M) and
  • print label (combined).

H&M label

This label contains an AWB number.

Combined label

The combined label prints both the MAWB number and the HAWB number with the corresponding barcodes on one label.

Label length: 12.7 cm – width: 10.2 cm


1. label → Consol no. 125-1000 0196 + package no. 00001 with total number (5) → first HAWB no. 600 – 1000 0118 + with 1. piece/total number of the HAWB
2. label → Consol no. 125-1000 0196 + package no. 00002 with total number (5) → first HAWB no. 600 – 1000 0118 + with 2. piece/total number of the HAWB
3. Label → Consol no. 125-1000 0196 + package no. 00003 with total number (5) → second HAWB no. 600 – 1000 0119 + with 1. piece/total number of the HAWB
4. Label → Consol no. 125-1000 0196 + package no. 00004 with total number (5) → second HAWB no. 600 – 1000 0119 + with 2. piece/total number of the HAWB
5. Label → Consol no. 125-1000 0196 + package no. 00005 with total number (5) → second HAWB no. 600 – 1000 0119 + with 3. piece/total number of the HAWB.

Customer label

The customer label is used for individual design requirements.

INFO: These modifications must be agreed with CargoSoft before used.            
           An alternative is CR (Crystal Reports). The labels L05 and L06 can also be created with Crystal Reports.

Label with company logo

The label with company logo has room of 2.5 cm for the logo.

Total length: 13 cm, width: 10 cm

 

  • In the HAWB, this label shows the HAWB no.
  • And the MAWB no. for IATA.
  • Both the MAWB and HAWB nos. for Back-to-Back.
  • The barcode shows the AWB no. and package no.
