Print attachment
The AWB print can contain up to 10 lines of goods description.
You can also enter various other lines for the form print.
→ If you have entered more lines than can be printed in the AWB, the program will issue a warning when you print the AWB via F6.
→ In the context menu of the Layout tab you have the option to print an attachment → Print attachment.
Print HAWB and MAWB on different printers
You can also use different printers for HAWB and MAWB.
This requires additional entries in basic data ADMIN → FORMS.

Attention: The Crystal Reports print requires additional entries in ADMIN → REPORTS.
Print dimensions separately upon AWB print
You have the option to print a separate list in case there is not enough space on the AWB for all dimensions.
This list is generated automatically if configured accordingly in the basic data:
- ADMIN → REPORTS: CSAWBCBM with report csawbcbm.rpt
- ADMIN → FORMS → FORMS: CSAWBCBM for printer control.
Send AWB to airline
The Layout tab contains the checkbox Send AWB to airline for the AWB transmission. This function is also available in the F6 menu.
If you have selected this function, function Send AWB to partner is pre-assigned accordingly.
When you send AWBs from the Layout tab, the program also checks the database entry in the table global_sett_t: Senden_an_Partner_Automatik = J.
Only if this has been activated will the transmission to the partner be started (entry in eaxmlsend_t).
The database entry must be made manually.
